Nigel Coates curates 2011 LDF lounge

Nigel Coates curated the LDF VIP & Press lounge in the V&A’s Sackler Centre as part of the London Design Festival 2011. The Conversation Corner installation  showcased the hm63 sofa system, which defined a meandering seating arrangement particularly conducive for encouraging conversation. The space also featured pendant lamps designed by Nigel for Slamp SPA.  VIP’s and journalists were invited to conduct interviews or take a break in the space during a stimulating yet exhausting week.
