Moulded in high-density cmhr foam on a steel frame with
sprung seat, Simon Pengelly’s versatile hm86 chair is available with a high or
low back. Base options include a self-centering swivel in polished chrome or
matt grey, chrome plated tubular steel legs at lounge or desk/dining height or
a chrome plated skid base. hm86 can be upholstered in supple Scandinavian
leather in a wide range of colours, with outer panels in a complementary wool
fabric.
Following testing at the
FIRA institute, the hm86 chair has passed the BSEN 15373/2007 Test Level 3, and
BSEN 1022:2005 tests. This means that it is "structurally suitable and
sufficiently stable for severe contract use." Seat height: 430mm, dining chair 460mm.
