Originally designed by Troughton McAslan, this six-storey office building at 151 Rosebery Avenue was fully refurbished in 2008 by Hugh Broughton Architects to provide stylish and contemporary office space. The building is fully occupied by marketing agency Momentum and Ellis Williams Architects.

The lobby features hm991k daybeds designed by David Chipperfield.
