Fabric is a purpose-built student accommodation scheme – situated on a city-centre brownfield site, Leonard Design drew inspiration from the area’s rich history.

Entering the ground floor, you are welcomed into a warm, inviting reception, with hm56 Ripple seats creating a surround for the space.

hm56 Ripple can also be found in a dedicated games room, for students to socialise & relax in, adding to the homely atmosphere.
